Everything parents and students ask before enrolling — answered honestly.

What age groups do you accept? +
We welcome students from age 8 and up. Our summer classes are grouped by age and level. Adults are welcome in online speaking classes and the Philippines travel program.
Do I need to take the placement test? +
We strongly recommend it. The test ensures you're placed in the right class — not too easy, not too hard. Without it, you may end up in a class that doesn't match your level.
What if my child misses a class? +
We offer one makeup class per month for each enrolled student. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. More than two absences without notice may affect your certificate eligibility.
Are classes available in Mongolian too? +
Our classes are conducted in English to maximize immersion. However, teachers can explain concepts in Mongolian for beginners when necessary. Parent communication is always in Mongolian.
What is your refund policy? +
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the class start date. After that, a 50% credit toward a future program is offered. Placement test fees are non-refundable once the test is accessed.
What do students need for online classes? +
A stable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone (phone, tablet, or laptop), and the free Zoom app. We send a joining link before every session.
How does the Philippines trip work? +
Students travel as a supervised group from Ulaanbaatar to Manila. The program runs for 10 days at Don Bosco Makati. All meals, accommodation, and activities are included. A detailed parent briefing is held before departure.
Is there a certificate for every program? +
Yes! Every student who completes a program receives a bilingual certificate (English & Mongolian) showing their CEFR level. This can be used for school portfolios, university applications, or job interviews.
